Conditions of Sale – Seasonal Rental
- Reservation and Payment
- Any reservation is confirmed only after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. The balance must be paid before arrival.
- If booking less than 30 days before arrival date, full payment is required upon booking.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or any other payment method accepted by the owner.
- Cancelation
- Any cancellation made before the arrival date will entitle you to a full refund of the deposit.
- For any cancellation after booking, the deposit remains acquired by the owner.
- In case of no-show, no refund will be made.
- In the event of force majeure, the customer may request to postpone their reservation to a later date, subject to availability.
- Arrival and Departure
- Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. If you plan to arrive after 7pm, please notify the owner to arrange a time.
- Check-out must be before 10am on the day of the end of the rental. A supplement may be charged for any late check-out without prior agreement.
- Capacity and Use of Premises
- The maximum capacity must not be exceeded. The number of people accommodated must not exceed the capacity indicated at the time of booking.
- The use of the premises is strictly reserved for tourist use. Any commercial or event use is prohibited without prior agreement.
- Security Deposit
- A security deposit of €300 (or other specified amount) is required upon arrival. This amount will be returned within 7 days of departure, subject to the absence of damage or additional costs related to the rental (cleaning, excessive consumption, etc.).
- Animals
- Animals are not accepted in the rental, except with prior agreement and under certain conditions.
- Inventory and Maintenance
- An inventory will be carried out upon arrival and departure. The tenant undertakes to return the premises in a condition consistent with their initial condition, clean and tidy.
- End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price, but the tenant is required to leave the space clean and not leave any waste.
- Responsibility
- The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the property and its contents during the rental period. Any damage or theft must be reported immediately to the owner.
- The owner cannot be held responsible in the event of theft, loss or accident occurring during the stay.
- Insurance
- It is recommended that the tenant takes out personal insurance covering the risks associated with the rental (damage, theft, civil liability). The owner cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during the stay.
- Modifications
- The owner reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, offering a refund or equivalent replacement.
- Applicable Law
- These conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent court will be that of the place of rental.
